1. WARRANTY COVERAGE

 

C.D.G Roofing & Repair Inc. (“Contractor”) warrants to the original property owner (“Owner”) that the roofing installation completed at the address listed above will be free from defects in *workmanship* for a period of *25 years* from the date of completion.

 

Additionally, materials used for the roofing project are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty the terms and duration of which are dependent on the specific materials installed. The manufacturer’s warranty is provided separately and may be registered under the homeowner’s name.

 

 

2. WHAT IS COVERED

 

This limited warranty covers:

 

* Roof leaks caused by improper installation performed by C.D.G Roofing & Repair Inc.

* Flashing failures due to improper workmanship

* Installation errors related to shingles, underlayment, and other roofing components

* Any repairs required due to workmanship-related issues during the warranty period

 

 

3. WHAT IS NOT COVERED

 

This warranty does NOT cover:

 

* Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., hail, windstorms, tornadoes, earthquakes, flooding)

* Improper maintenance or neglect by the property owner

* Modifications, repairs, or alterations made by others not authorized by C.D.G Roofing & Repair Inc.

* Damage due to foot traffic, impact, or foreign objects

* Leaks due to ice damming or ponding water (unless due to workmanship error)

* Interior or structural damage resulting from roof leaks

* Any defects in roofing materials (covered under the manufacturer's warranty)

 

 

4. CONDITIONS & EXCLUSIONS

 

* This warranty is valid only for the original property owner and is non-transferable unless agreed to in writing by C.D.G Roofing & Repair Inc.

* The owner must notify the Contractor in writing within **30 days** of discovering any issue covered under this warranty.

* C.D.G Roofing & Repair Inc. will have the sole right to inspect and determine the cause of any reported defect.

* Failure to pay for roofing services in full will void this warranty.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

This warranty represents the sole and exclusive remedy available to the property owner. Under no circumstances shall C.D.G Roofing & Repair Inc. be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to interior water damage or loss of property value.
